Services Provided

I charge $80/hr, plus materials needed for the job. I do not upcharge the materials bought for your job and will provide you with all receipts. However, I do charge my hourly rate when shopping for your materials.

One thing to consider…an $80 an hour handyman may be cheaper than a less experienced, less expensive handyman. With experience comes efficiency and ability. Not only will you save money if a job is completed in less time, the job will be completed properly and to your satisfaction.

I will go over pricing before starting the job and include you with all decisions when materials are available at different price points. I will also work with you on prioritizing expenses, so we can fit your project within your budget. For larger jobs, I will give you updates on the cost of the project as we go along, to be sure your budget doesn’t get out of hand, or surprise you when the project is finished.

• Hauling items to the landfill, recycling, Resource Center: $80/hr plus any applicable unloading fees.
• Toilet removal and Install: Starting at $250 plus materials. All hauling fees apply for toilet removal.
• Garbage disposal installation: $150.
• Kitchen faucet installation: $150.
• Bathroom faucet installation: $60 each
